Due to the hygienic nature of our jewellery, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items intended for pierced wear if they have been opened, unsealed, or worn.

All eligible returns must be unworn and in their original sterile, sealed packaging. Once the seal is broken, the item is non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details so we can resolve the issue.

We email you as soon as your order is ready to be collected in studio.

Collecting a voucher?

If your order is a gift voucher, please book your voucher collection so we can have it ready for you when you arrive.

Want us to fit your new jewellery?

If you’d like one of our piercers to fit your new piece for you, you’re welcome to book a jewellery fitting appointment for a guaranteed space.

We also welcome walk-ins during our usual studio opening hours, although appointments are recommended as we can’t guarantee a spot on the day.
