SHIPPING POLICY

By placing an order with Bold & Gold Studios, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy.

  1. DISPATCH TIMES

Orders are generally processed and dispatched once per week, every Wednesday.

Dispatch times are estimates only and may occasionally vary due to holidays, supplier delays, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.

  1. SHIPPING METHODS

Orders are shipped using tracked and insured Royal Mail services unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Shipping options and costs will be displayed before payment is completed.

  1. DELIVERY

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery estimates are supplied by the courier and are not guaranteed.

  1. RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY

Responsibility for goods remains with Bold & Gold Studios until the goods are delivered to the customer or to a person identified by the customer to take possession of the goods.

  1. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for ensuring all delivery details are accurate before completing their purchase.

We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.

  1. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel is delayed, damaged, or believed to be lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

  1. STUDIO COLLECTION

Customers may select studio collections where available.

Collection orders will be held until collected unless alternative arrangements are agreed.

Responsibility for goods transfers to the customer at the point of collection.

Customers wishing to have jewellery purchased online fitted or installed by a member of the studio team should arrange this in advance by booking an appropriate appointment.

While walk-in jewellery fitting and piercing services may be available, these services are subject to piercer availability and studio capacity at the time of attendance and cannot be guaranteed without a prior booking.

Purchasing jewellery online does not include fitting, installation, or piercing services unless expressly stated otherwise.
