JEWELLERY SUITABILITY

Customers are responsible for ensuring any jewellery purchased is suitable for their anatomy, piercing placement, gauge, threading system, and intended use.

Bold & Gold Studios accepts no responsibility for issues arising from the purchase of incorrect sizes, gauges, thread types, or jewellery specifications selected by the customer.

PRICING

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

PAYMENT

Payment must be received in full before goods are dispatched.

Orders remain the property of Bold & Gold Studios until payment has been received in full.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where:

Products are unavailable.
Pricing errors have occurred.
Fraudulent activity is suspected.
Information supplied is inaccurate.

Where payment has been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, a refund will be issued.
