RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  1. GENERAL

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

  1. BODY JEWELLERY AND HYGIENE PRODUCTS

For health protection and hygiene reasons, the statutory right to cancel does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return once unsealed where the seal has been broken after delivery, unless faulty.

This applies to all products intended for wear in or around a piercing.

  1. YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL

For eligible products purchased online, you may request to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn.

  • The item must remain in its original condition.

  • Any hygiene seals or sterile packaging must remain intact.

  • The item must be suitable for resale.


  1. EXCLUSIONS

The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty:

  • Opened body jewellery.

  • Opened sterile products.

  • Personal care products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Custom-made or special-order items.


  1. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your name.

  • Order number.

  • Description of the issue.

  • Photographs where appropriate.

Following assessment, we may offer:

  • Replacement.

  • Repair.

  • Refund.

  • Alternative resolution where appropriate.


  1. RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or supplied incorrectly.

We recommend using a tracked service as returned goods remain the responsibility of the customer until received by us.

  1. REFUNDS

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or where the return results from our error.

  1. MANUFACTURER DEFECTS

Where a product is believed to have developed a manufacturing fault, we may request the item be returned for inspection.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer rights.
