SERVICES AND BOOKING FEES
Bold & Gold Studios provides piercing services, jewellery fitting services, consultations, and other appointment-based services.
A booking fee is required to secure all appointments and must be paid before an appointment is confirmed.
The booking fee represents payment for the professional service being reserved and the allocation of studio time.
For all new piercing procedures, suitable jewellery must be purchased from Bold & Gold Studios at the time of the appointment. Jewellery is not included within the service fee and is charged separately.
To ensure compliance with professional standards, material quality, and long-term suitability for healing, we do not perform new piercings using customer-supplied jewellery or jewellery obtained from third parties.
A range of jewellery options is available to suit different preferences and budgets. Implant-grade titanium jewellery represents our most economical option for new piercings, while premium collections, including solid gold and platinum jewellery, are available at additional cost.
Aftercare products, jewellery upgrades, and other retail goods are charged separately where purchased.
All services are subject to client suitability, anatomy, health considerations, and studio policies.
The decision to perform, postpone, modify, or decline a service remains entirely at the discretion of the operator.
Booking fees are non-refundable except where required by law and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
Failure to pay a booking fee will result in no appointment being reserved.
-
JEWELLERY SALES

Jewellery that has been fitted, worn, inserted, handled outside its packaging, or supplied as part of a piercing service cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless faulty.

Reservation fees, instalments, and payments made towards custom orders or reserved jewellery are non-refundable and non-transferable.
